1. Who are you guys? Why should order from Network Outlet?

Network Outlet is an IT hardware reseller located in Atlanta, GA. We specialize in new, used, and refurbished IT equipment, providing top-tier engineering and support from our certified team of engineers. Our sales representatives have over 25 years of combined experience in the market and can find the best equipment for your needs and budget. Purchasing equipment from the secondary market can save you and your company thousands of dollars; we’re here to help you do just that with support from our engineering team and our strong industry partnerships.

2. Is it safe to order from your site?

Network Outlet and BigCommerce are dedicated to ensuring the safety of your personal information when purchasing from our website. Our store is secured with a GeoTrust SSL certificate so you can shop confidently. We also offer a Norton Shopping Guarantee to our customers, including $10000 of ID Theft protection and up to $1000 Purchase Guarantee. Click on the Norton Shopping Guarantee mark on the bottom right corner of our store for more details. Don’t want to save account information with us? You can check out as a guest without saving any information on our store. We even offer payment through PayPal for customers who prefer this method of payment over using their credit cards.

3. What kind of warranty do I get with my purchase?

All equipment purchased via Network Outlet comes with a standard 3-year warranty unless explicitly stated otherwise. Warranties are limited to “end-user” buyers and do not apply to orders placed by “resellers”. This warranty is not transferable, except upon the written approval of Network Outlet, in its sole discretion. If the equipment becomes defective or damaged during the period of this warranty, Network Outlet will repair or replace it at our sole discretion. There are no other warranties, express or implied, which have been made in connection with the equipment.

This warranty does not cover and shall be void for (a) defects or damages resulting from fire or theft, (b) defects, damages, or loss resulting from intentional misuse, abuse, neglect, or alterations by, or directed by, the owner of the device, and (c) defects or damages resulting from service or repair by anyone other than the Network Outlet or acts of God or other force majuere events.

4. Can I cancel or change my order once it’s been placed?

Absolutely! Please contact us immediately with any changes to your order. You can reach us by phone or live chat during normal business hours: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM EST. 5. How do I know if the product I’m considering is right for my needs?

Luckily for you, the representatives at Network Outlet have over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. We’re not just out to make a profit. Our goal is to help customers find the right product for the services they need; even if it means selling you a cheaper product. 6. What if I receive a product that is, or becomes, defective?

Although we strive to make sure this never happens to our customers, we’re only human. That’s why we offer a comprehensive replacement policy in which customers have 14 days upon receipt of a replacement product to send back the original defective item. Please use our RMA form to notify us of any defective item you may have received. If an item cannot be replaced, Network Outlet can issue the customer a refund for the defective item. Please see our returns page for details on the procedure for returning working and non-working products.

7. Your prices are really low; how do I know that these are legitimate, working pieces of hardware?

Purchasing IT equipment from the secondary market can save you a lot of money, but can also be nerve-wracking. How can you trust that the hardware you buy will be in working order? All products sold by Network Outlet undergo strict quality control procedures. Our certified network engineers test and ensure all equipment is ready to install the moment you receive it. We also ensure that any products we purchase only come from legitimate suppliers who have clear and free title to the equipment. 8. Help! I need my purchase ASAP! Can I request overnight shipping?

We always offer free ground shipping to our customers in the continental U.S., however, we will accommodate customers requiring expedited shipping for an additional cost. Please contact us via phone, email, or live chat to arrange additional shipping options. You can even include any notes about how you would like items shipped in the comments of your purchase order. International shipping can be arranged for our customers overseas as well.

9. What happens after I place my order?

Upon placement of an order, Network Outlet will invoice you for the Sales Price. Payment will be made in U.S. Dollars to Network Outlets’ address set forth in the invoice or to such other place as Network Outlet may designate in writing. An order confirmation will be sent to the point of contact designated by the customer. Once products have completed pre-shipment quality inspections, Network Outlet will arrange delivery of the equipment to meet the estimated shipment date as specified on the invoice.
