The Cisco Catalyst 3750V2 48 10/100 PoE + 4 SFP Standard Image has four Small Form Factor Pluggable (SFP) transceivers that provide enough Gigabit Ethernet bandwidth to support any volume of requests from the 48 x 10/100 Ethernet ports. Being one of the Standard Image switches in the Cisco Catalyst family, it supports fewer routing protocols, however, it covers the majority of those used by 10/100 class devices. Special features of the WS-C3750V2-48PS-S include, IPv6 support so that your network equipment will remain relevant through the coming years and two types of auto uplink, MDI and MDI-X, which means you can plug a lot of different things into one of these switches and watch while they negotiate connections and share ports on their own.
